Warranty of Goods/Services 

All our goods/services will serve their intended functions. 


Terms of Warranty 

All warranty conditions are stated in the product/services information provided, unless the manufacturer has provided none. 



All our prices are nett. No discounts will be given unless during monthly promotions, if any.


Prices Vs GST: (1st July 2007)

In view of the new GST from 5% to 7% with effect 1st July 2007, we will continue to hold our web prices to be the same as before. Despite the increase of import taxes, all our prices will remain as NETT. Prices on the web shall remain NETT unless they are on promotion or clearance sale.


Delivery services 

Delivery is free for orders above USD150.00 within Singapore only. Deliveries outside of Singapore will be charged according to the prevailing shipment rates on the shopping cart. We will follow strictly on the international shipping rates provided for by our shipping partners



There is a shipping calculator in our shopping cart. You must enter the country in the selection list to work out the shipping cost. SKY HOBBIES SINGAPORE reserves the right to refuse any shipping if a different country is selected for shipping cost. Your country you selected must be the same as your destination address. Your order will be put on hold and we will bill you the difference in shipping if the country selected is not the same as your destination address.  

All shipping charges includes order processing, packaging, stamp and handling fee (which includes travel time to post office / queue time to mail your packages out)


Payment Processing 

We only accept CASH, GRAB PAY, PAYPAL, ALL MAJOR CREDIT CARDS (on-line via PAYPAL) BANK/WIRE TRANSFER (TT), No personal cheques will be accepted. We will ensure the accuracy of your order in our billing as your payment is processed.



Our base currency on the website is now in US DOLLARS only. (USD) with effect 23 Nov 2018.


Cancellation of Orders 

We will refund the amount paid if the order is cancelled due to the unavailability of goods or our inability to deliver the goods within a reasonable time frame.  We will not entertain any cancellations once the order is confirmed, submitted and paid by the customer. 


Confirmation of Orders 

For international customers outside Singapore, we will send an electronic acknowledgement to the customer within 24 hours upon successful submission of the electronic order. If items ordered are unavailable, a message will be sent to the customer for further action. 


Exchange & Refunds

All our goods sold are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.


Return Of Orders Mailed

For exceptional cases only, please be informed that if you have to sent the parcel back, you must provide us the tracking number. Otherwise we will not accept it as returned. We will then refund you the ordered amount less shipping and re-stocking fee will be incurred to you when the parcel is duely arrived back unopened and in good and original conditions. There will be a re-stocking fee of 20% of your order value (which will be deducted from your refund less shipping) and of which the balance will be refunded via PAYPAL. 

Note : We will not be responsible nor accept any return of goods due to unreasonable tax claims/extortions incurred to you at your destination.
