TO ORDER THROUGH SHOPPING CART

COUNTRIES ORDER ADVISORY:

For
customers from European Countries, please take note
that your orders may be re-directed to another
3rd party logistic company
for further despatch delivery (for both EMS Courier
and Air Parcel Service). For further information,
please contact GLS
EUROPE. Certain countries in Europe may
take longer than 2 weeks for Air Parcel Shipment.
LOCAL
SHIPPING (within Singapore only):
An
alternate shipping mode has been created in the
"ADD SHIPPING" under Singapore.
For Singapore customers, please ignore
EMS / AIR MAIL or PARCEL option and select LOCAL
SHIPPING - SINGAPORE only. Your order will be processed
immediately and usually be shipped the next working
day.
SHIPPING COST:
With
immediate effect, all our shipping cost will be
automatically calculated on your shopping cart by
selecting your country of destination. PLEASE
DO NOT ENTER A DIFFERENT COUNTRY
if your delivery address is different on
your order summary. Your order will be put on hold
if there is a discrepancy of country selection versus
your delivery address. A 4% CC and Paypal handling
charges (reflected as "TAX") will also
be included - which will be deducted by PAYPAL upon
receipt of your payment.
The shipping rate applies to WORLDWIDE INTERNATIONAL
SHIPPING and not for local postages in Singapore
context. For Singapore customers, please select
"SINGAPORE" as a separate postage cost
for local deliveries.
REFUND POLICY:
All items purchased
at your discretion is not refundable and returnable.
However provision for refunds have been made for
the following:
1) Items paid at the time of purchase is out-of-stock
(You may choose to wait for back-order or request
for a cancellation refund)
2) Goods damaged upon arrival (you must take a photo
of the parcel unopened and have them emailed
to us. You are recommended to refuse acceptance
of the parcel should the parcel deemed damaged on
arrival)
3) Items lost in shipping. ( We will have a verification
from our post masters whether or not the items have
been delivered through the tracking numbers.)
