HOW TO ORDER THROUGH SHOPPING CART

EUROPE COUNTRIES ORDER ADVISORY:
(UPDATED September 2008)
For customers from European Countries, please take note that your orders may be re-directed to another 3rd party logistic company for further despatch delivery (for both EMS Courier and Air Parcel Service). For further information, please contact GLS EUROPE. Certain countries in Europe may take longer than 2 weeks for Air Parcel Shipment.

LOCAL SHIPPING (within Singapore only):
An alternate shipping mode has been created in the "ADD SHIPPING" under Singapore.
For Singapore customers, please ignore EMS / AIR MAIL or PARCEL option and select LOCAL SHIPPING - SINGAPORE only. Your order will be processed immediately and usually be shipped the next working day.

SHIPPING COST:
With immediate effect, all our shipping cost will be automatically calculated on your shopping cart by selecting your country of destination. PLEASE DO NOT ENTER A DIFFERENT COUNTRY if your delivery address is different on your order summary. Your order will be put on hold if there is a discrepancy of country selection versus your delivery address. A 4% CC and Paypal handling charges (reflected as "TAX") will also be included - which will be deducted by PAYPAL upon receipt of your payment.

The shipping rate applies to WORLDWIDE INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING and not for local postages in Singapore context. For Singapore customers, please select "SINGAPORE" as a separate postage cost for local deliveries.

REFUND POLICY:
All items purchased at your discretion is not refundable and returnable. However provision for refunds have been made for the following:
1) Items paid at the time of purchase is out-of-stock (You may choose to wait for back-order or request for a cancellation refund)
2) Goods damaged upon arrival (you must take a photo of the parcel unopened and have them emailed to us. You are recommended to refuse acceptance of the parcel should the parcel deemed damaged on arrival)
3) Items lost in shipping. ( We will have a verification from our post masters whether or not the items have been delivered through the tracking numbers.)

HOW TO ORDER:

STEP 1: Select a product by clicking on the "BUY NOW" button...
STEP 2: You will be re-directed to your shopping cart with your items listed. If more than 1 quantity is required of the same item, change the "QUANTITY" field and click "RECALCULATE". To continue shopping and leave your shopping cart opened, click "CONTINUE SHOPPING" and follow step 1 above. Otherwise click "GO TO PAYMENT" to checkout your shopping cart and submit your order... S&T are pre-calculated based on 20% on average shipping cost and 4% paypal/CC charges and handling.
STEP 3: On the next page, you will be re-directed to your shipping and contact details. Please enter your details accurately to avoid mistakes. Your shipping/delivery address must be entered accurately as we will follow the address you provided to ship your items to you. All fields highlighted in BOLD are compulsory. *NOTE : your email MUST be a valid email.
STEP 4: SUMMARY - This is the summary of your ordered items and your shipping details. Please check before you proceed to submit your payment. You will be reidrected to the payment page where you can pay by PAYPAL or CREDIT CARD. Please have your card ready for verifications. Click "CONTINUE" and proceed to checkout.
STEP 5: PAYMENT: For PAYPAL Members, you may proceed to log into PAYPAL and proceed with payment immediately. FOR NON-PAYPAL Members, you may choose the CREDIT CARD Payment by clicking on the "continue" link at the bottom left as shown in the picture. Please follow the step-by-step form for your card details to be filled up correctly. PAYPAL usues secure SSL and we will have no way of obtaining your card details to ensure your absolute security. After payment is done, we will have a notification about your payment and will proceed to process and ship your order within 3 working days. Please keep a copy of your payment receipt with your order numbers printed in your email for verifications. We will take reference by ORDER NUMBER printed on your receipt.
