These controllers are
unmatched in their price class, and even outside
their price class! Up to 40% more FETs than
similarly-rated ESC from other makers, and those
FET are higher-quality fast-gate type. That
means that you can push the ESC harder without
fear - up to 40% over their rated continuous
current shorttime - and performance is higher
at all throttle settings due to low intenal
resistance. With an inexpensive programming
card, you can chose settings for battery type
(Lipo/NiCd-NiMH), start softness, brake hardness,
frequency, timing. Just about everything. The
ESC automatically and accurately set cell count
for lithium packs 2S to 4S.

Hyperion Switch-Mode BEC Unit with NET Noise
Elimination Technology - 4A Sustained Rating,
5A Max, Selectable 5V or 6V Output, Use with

Unlike standard BEC circuits, TICOOL-BEC is
a switch-mode regulator. This means that it
efficiently converts even 40V (10S) to match
the receiver at 5V or 6V, selectable, without
overheating. As such, the TICOOL can support
as many as 8 standard servos (or as many as
6 Digital), almost regardless of the type of
main pack used.
