MERCURY M1000F (10g)
Lo odor foam friendly adhesive M1000F is a Foam Compatible, low odor and
medium to gap filling viscosity cyanoacrylate
that provides a "low bloom" cure on plastics and
other materials. APPLICATIONS: Normally used where cosmetic
requirements dictate an invisible bond without
the problem of whitening or blooming. Can also
be used on various foams and costume jewelry fabrication
where fine, close up work dictates the use of
a low odor, more user friendly product. Always
test on your substrate before use to assure compabatility
and remember less is more when applying. USEFUL HINTS/NOTES: Bonding can be immediate
so careful, speedy alignment of parts can be required.
MERCURY
M100F (10g)

M68DB
Debonder (2 oz)- CA Remover
Mercury M68DB is a debonder especially formulated
for Mercury CA adhesives. It is a clear liquid
with a relatively low evaporation rate that attacks
and dissolves cured or uncured Instant Superglue
(cyanoacrylate). APPLICATIONS: Can be used to debond misaligned
parts or clean up excess adhesive. It also is
useful for removing spilled adhesives from work
area. Debonds accidentally bonded skin. USEFUL HINTS/NOTES: Mercury M68DB Debonder
works best under repeated applications rather
than one excessively large application. Apply
debonder, allow it to dissolve hardened superglue
and repeat as necessary. Use in an inconspicuous
area for testing. May attack certain plastics
and remove paint or varnish.
MH16
CA Accelerator (2 oz)
Mercury MH16 is a General Activator accellerator.
It is ozone friendly and used for normal curing
of cyanoacrylates, depositing a correct balance
of neutralizing ions on the surface, stimulating
attrition for the adhesive and preparing the surface
for bonding. APPLICATIONS: Mercury MH16 is primarily
designed for fast cure of thick deposits or for
post curing outside the bond line. MH16 prevents
absorption of the lower viscosity superglues into
porous items. MH16 helps bridge gaps which decrease
polymerization time. USEFUL HINTS/NOTES: Mercury MH16 can be
used to speed cure by brushing or spraying onto
the surface, applying drop wise, the superglue
and then over spraying to cure fillets such as
on wire tacking jobs. Works best under repeated
applications rather than one excessively large
application.
